What do you mean when you say slight loss of shape? Are the pictures posted of the actual purse? Can you post pictures showing loss of shape?

@tpetrella23 hi, yes the pictures are of the actual item. Slight Loss of shape meaning when you buy the purse it’s ridged square and now the leather has a normal feel, but not noticeable to the eye.. that’s all.. looks and feels almost like new!
