Ecote Jewel-Toned Velvet Strappy Dress

Jewel-toned velvet dress with strappy back detail. Bought from Urban Outfitters. The brand is called Ecote. One of the smaller straps is broken but it is very easily fixed. This flaw is reflected in the price. Gorgeous pattern and ultra-soft velvet. For reference: I am 5’5”, 117 lbs, with a 26” waist.
