Lady Carol Petites of New York little black dress. Front cross-over piece makes for a Avery flattering, non boxy fit. Bow detail on left shoulder. Bracelet-length sleeves. Polyester, machine washable virtually wrinkle free. Button closure at the back. Great vintage condition. Unlined. There is no size tag but I approximate a US 10 or a small 12.
