NWT Boho 3X Harper Heritage Boutique Dress

Size 3X, approx 60” around under arms and approx 30” long from shoulder to hem. Loose flowing style. Lively tallish color. Brand is Harpers Heritage bought at Francesca’s. Has white thread at back of neck seam- please see photos. Looks like the thread from the neck tag just went through to back, not that there was a mend. I didn’t even notice when I purchased. Long sleeve, poly/rayon blend.
