Universal Thread Tie Front Plaid Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @madrubyscloset. Runs true to size. The tie on the front is a drape/layer, good if you're larger chested and don't feel like flaunting it. It's very light, soft and comfortable but as a member of the IBTC I can't fill it out! Please don't hesitate with questions. Thanks for looking.
