It is a black soft fabric with cuffed legs & buckles to hold the cuff in place. There is a side pockets and piece is embellished with rhinestones and studs. It has about a 17" inseam and 29" waistline. Pants have been professionally cleaned. Piece is free of rips, holes & tears. It has been in storage in a non-smoking home.
