NWOT Levi's Cropped Puff Sleeve Blouse

Never worn. Size is XL, but fits more like a Large. Runs a size smaller. Square neckline. Button front closure. More of a Cropped look, but not too cropped. Great with high waisted jeans. Shoulders have slight puff, but not overwhelming.
