Size M. This is a NWT CeCe black gingham smocked crop top. Puffy sleeves with cute ruffles on sleeves, around collar, and along mid and bottom. 100% cotton. There is some stretch around sleeves and mid area. Very well made. Lying flat shoulder to hem is 20 1/2”; armpit to armpit 15”. Cute, girly.
