amthrasher8 @dizzydot1 good evening! I apologize for the delay. It fits bigger than the size. I was a 12 and sometimes a 10 depending on the brand & i couldn’t wear it because it was too big. I can do some additional measurements in the morning and add photos. 🌸💕

amthrasher8 @dizzydot1 alrighty, lying flat it is 18”. I stretched (w/out straining it) and it was 23”. I went inside and stretched and it was difficult to hold and measure but it was about 24” circumference. If there is any other way you would like me to measure just let me know! Happy to! 💜💜 I’ll attach the two photos.
