Tea analogies for friendship gift

Very cute little book for the tea lover in your life. Very good condition, I would consider it giftable, but it is not in mint condition (see pics with some of the binding color loss, and the cover sleeve is the slightest bit crinkled (?, for lack of better word but that seems extreme).
