@geetar Hi!! I wore it exactly once, a couple of years ago, and it has been sealed up for over a year now, after sadly hanging in my closet untouched for months. No stains, holes, tears, snags, or other flaws that I can see. I don't know the waist measurements exactly, but I can say that the fabric is very stretchy and forgiving. I am a size 25 in jeans and there is plenty of room to spare.
