This is a true turtleneck but you can wear it as a funnel neck if you want. It is the softest material but I just can’t take anything up around my neck even though it is soft and has no Wool at all. This is just over 20 inches across measured flat under the arms. From the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the sweater is about 25 inches. these are long sleeves but of course you can push them up.
