Vintage Handmade Beautiful Velveteen Red Vest with Heartshaped buttons

Handmade Beautiful Velveteen Red Vest with Heart-shaped buttons. This vest was made lovingly by my Mother. It is fully lined with black acetate, has gold heart-shaped buttons, and is made with red Velveteen material. It measures 20" long from the shoulder to the bottom of the vest and is 22" from armpit to armpit. All measurements are approximate. I am guessing this is a M/L size. It is gorgeous and would look great with a black or white blouse. Unfortunately, it is too large for me. I am a S/M.
