VINTAGE Black Chiffon Party Dress 1950s Dress

This one is gorgeous! Tag is marked "Mr. Mort." A spaghetti bodice with scoop neck sits atop a fun swingy chiffon pleated skirt. Excellent condition for the age! One strap has some frayed fabric. It has belt loops, but I'm not in possession of the original belt. Zips all the way up, I just don’t want to force it in the mannequin.
