This beautiful vintage skirt is part of a collection from White House Black Market. It is a stunning form fitting skirt with a ruffled flare at the bottom. It has a white appliqué trim with beaded accents. It is about 19" in length from the waistline and has a side zipper closure. Skirt has been professionally cleaned.
