From the Alexis capsule collection at Target. Has a full skirt that has variegated hemline, with a rectangle cut to the skirt, it has higher/lower parts with pointy drops. Has extra strap ribbons on too of straps for tying at the shoulders. Zips up side. Ruching at back gives bodice a little stretch/wiggle room. Gorgeous. In like new condition--washed once, but never worn. Fabric is recycled polyester; see tags pic--it has some wrinkles from being in storage (None of us went out much for a while there).
