This beautiful vintage skirt is part of a collection from White House Black Market. It is a stunning flare skirt with front and back pleats. It also has pockets!! It is about 19" in length from the waistline and has a back zipper closure. Skirt has been professionally cleaned. Piece is free of rips, holes, tears & stains.
