Size 7-8 Women black boots with First Nations designed embroidery.

I purchased these at an Indigenous conference trade show, made by an Indigenous artist even though they were a little small, size 38 (7/7.5). I can push an 8.5 sometimes but I thought I could try and suffer till they stretched but after 20 minutes, I finally conceded to the fact I have big feet.I had them on display as art but since moving, no space and these gorgeous boots need to be shown off. As of 1 minute ago I noticed they say 38 which is not a size 8 as told when I purchased them.
