Milano Party Strapless Dress

Super cute short dress that would be perfect for a party, prom, wedding, social event, etc. My daughter only wore it once to a sorority social. Has sequence with an overlay mesh fabric that has beading all over it. Built in padding. Has the grippy lining so that the strapless dress does not fall down. Silk material in lay.
