Vintage Powder Blue Formal Dress

Beautiful floor length dress with an attached sheer cape. This would be amazing for prom, weddings or other formal occasions! Marked as a size 12 but looks a bit on the small side. I’d say it would fit a 10 best! There is minor staining near the under arms and the cape has a raw edge on the back seam as seen in the photos. An easy fix if you know how to sew!
