sandydallison @elizabethzlatin yes, there is stretchy, waist is 16 laying flat, wear once with belt, as was a little big at waist on me but belt took care of that. From waist to hem is 29 1/2 inches as looks great with boots!

sandydallison @elizabethzlatin wonderful! Everyone in Europe was wearing them & have another top & sweater listed to that is cream to tan were this one is more whiter. They need to be enjoyed as uninsured motorist changed my life so not able to enjoy so much so glad some one else can.
