Every purse, bag, etc. is thoroughly cleaned inside with dawn soap and a damp cloth. All stains are addressed. I can't promise they are completely removed, but I can assure you that I gave it the old college try on getting any stains out! All embellishments, buttons, snaps, rivets and hardware are gone over with a toothbrush and appropriate cleaner for the particular item, to remove any lint, dirt or dust build up etc. , then are buffed to a shine with a microfiber cloth. After dried overnight, I add a protectant and rub softly to a shine. I am very detailed in my cleaning process. I've a horrible daily fight with OCD and Perfection. Which works out well for my buyers. I love to find a beautiful vintage bag and breathe new life into it. I believe a small part of a person lives on in their possessions. It's a lovely romantic notion I suppose. I do know that the designers I'm selling make quality, durable, beautiful items.
