Can you adjust the width of the calf to be smaller?

@dbrock592 the buckles on the top seem more like a decorative accent than for the purposes of tightening the top. there is a stretch back panel, and the buckles also have a little stretch. I think it would fit to some of most calves with the stretch used for large calves. I do not have large calves and it touches on all sides. if I measure the opening across the top is about 7.5 inches. I will add a pic of it on my leg for reference
