Lucky Brand "SWEET N' FLARE" Vintage Flared Leg, boot cut jeans, size 26. I say vintage, I have reason to believe they are vintage based on the style and other variables, but I don't know how old they are. They appear to be Y2K style, early 2000's with low cut waist and a somewhat wide flared cut. They are in very good condition with only minor wear and tear. The tag with the size printed on it is detached on one side but that is no big deal because this is a super stlyish pair of Lucky Brand Jeans!

terinicole86 @joellevlf Yes ma'am, I'm referring to the bottom of the leg openings. That's only the second time I've seen it referred to as the hem. That is the same thing right? LOL... I feel silly & wanna make sure I'm asking for the correct measurement.

joellevlf @terinicole86 yep, no worries. I usually refer to it as the hem, But if it's supposed to be rolled up I usually call it a cuff. That's just how I refer to it and I am by no means and expert, lol. anyway, I added a photo with that approximate measurement. It looks like it's around 9.5" at the leg opening.
