worchid Is size small or extra small tag says xs does this run big?

oceanablu sorry for the typo, I'll correct. It is marked an xs but it runs oversize. measurements are as follows: arm pit to arm pit is 22 inches across ; sleeve length from top of sleeve at shoulder is 20 inches; waist fully extended is 20 inches across. Hope this helps.
