Main line, from Rick Owens' Glitter F/W '17 collection Pull-on style, elastic waist, ribbed waistband, and main portion of skirt is a double-layer of 70% wool/30% silk. Folded hem, slightly asymmetric. Marked sz4US, but fits larger, at least a sz6. (My mannequin is a sz6 and there is still a bit of room on waistband.)
