This cool vintage dress is in excellent preowned condition! It is the prettiest shade of greenish blue. It has two strips of Velcro on each shoulder where shoulder pads were at one point. It has a faux wrap design in the front and is super comfy to wear! It does run a little small but it has plenty of stretch to it. Please see measurements to make sure it will fit you!
