ske25 @chickypoocl Hi, No it’s 100 % cotton, and lined. Not clingy fabric. Lilly sizing is also a little bit on the large side for size 2-10. Hope this helps!

ske25 @stweir Thanks for your interest! It’s a shift style dress, so I think it’s not designed to be snug around hips and waist. With that being said, it’s a true Lilly size 8. Hope this helps! It’s a gorgeous dress in a lovely turquoise color.
