Retro Liz Wear Rainbow Skirt

A little 80/90s does the perfect 50s full skirt. Just waiting for a petticoat and to style up. Tag says small but fits more like medium/large. MEASUREMENTS Length 31” Waist 15” flat, not stretched Elastic waist still has stretch but probably not as tight as it was when new just from age.
