I had it altered to fit, plus it has an elastic waist which adds a little bit flexibility. Chiffon type material with lining underneath. Cups sewn in - I am a 32C/34B and about 110 lbs, 5’2”. Perfectly good condition and ready to wear for your next event if you have similar measurements!
