Waist down, a dramatic red floor length skirt with twist detail at backside to give a very sexy hourglass shape. Lots of stretch, very form fitting. Note: This dress was cut at the hem to shorten it which is why I'm listing this as a Petite size. I am 5'2 and I wore this with roughly 6 inch heels. The shoulder straps were also shortened a bit to accommodate. This dress would be perfect for a shorter person 5'5 or less.
