This is a very snug but stretchy fitting sexy red dress. The label reads size XL but it definitely fits more of a size 6 or 8 in women's to be comfortable. However it really does stretch a lot and also tried on a Size 12 woman and still fit. I have never worn it. Falls below knee for me at 5' 10
