City Chic pink flutter dress Size L/20

This dress from City Chic is a much lighter material than most others I have. It’s very fun and flirty with the front tie at the bust line and ruffled spaghetti straps. Back of the strap is adjustable but only up to where the flutter begins. I tried to show this in pictures. The back panel of the dress is smocked. Dress is in like new condition.
