Size Large fit me just right when I was 140 lbs, 5’7”, 34B. It fits more like a slender Women’s Medium (or Small to Medium). This is why I listed it as a Medium. Two black satin buttons to close in front, or may be worn open. When worn closed, the top part of the “top” kind of scoops around under your bustline to really accentuate your bust.
