bonnieholcomb I received this computer a few days ago I am totally dissatisfied.it runs on Windows 10. When examined by a computer expert we discovered that it operates on Windows 8. We tried to boot it up and it took several minutes. We then discovered that Windows 8 is no longer supported. This computer is basically useless and not worth keeping. I understand that Poshmark stands behind it products if it was misrepresented. And this was. Bonita Holcomb

bonnieholcomb I received this item. A computer expert examined it and determined that instead of using Windows 10 it uses Windows 8, which is not supported. Replacing the hardware would cost $300 and it’s not worth fixing. How should I proceed?
