Patterned Pleated Navy Blue and Off White Skirt

Worn once for a party Gorgeous skirt Purchased from an extremely high end store in Dubai was equivalent to $250 originally, purchased on sale for $150. Price pretty firm since I am only getting $60 in earnings. Size runs S to M but more of a M Fabric is thick, but not thick in a way it is hot, but it is NOT see though!
