kaylalind282 @heartvintagenel hi! Yes it’s a soft wool. I would use it for a scarf or sweater and not worry about it being itchy. It’s a real fiber so it’s not soft like an acrylic. I hope that helps.

kaylalind282 @4jessad unfortunately it doesn’t say on the tag where it’s made. I looked on the Debbie Bliss site and it based in USA so I would think the sources products here (USA). It doesn’t have any chemical smell and is 100% wool. Hope that helps
