@ditalopez hi. Waist laying flat is about 11 inches but keep in mind it is elastic so it will stretch out .

@candice5155 at the time when I first bought this dress I was a 0 in some US brands, though this is an Australian brand so my understanding of the sizing wasn’t that well. I also just had a baby not too long before that so the body might’ve been different. To be more accurate I think my sizing was about 32 inches bust and 25.5 inches waist
