London Times Dark Green Fit & Flare Bell Sleeve Dress

Dark green, rouched chest, fit and flare dress by London Times. It is a stretchy fabric so it would fit a wider variety of sizes. It is new with tags and I do not see any flaws. My husband loves this dress, but I’ve never ended up wearing it so I’m selling. It would be great for a fall wedding, Christmas events, etc. It comes from a pet and smoke free home.
