There is elastic along the back, so it is a bit stretchy. It doesn’t have pockets. The hips are 28 inches across or approximately 56 inches around. Arm width is approximately 11 inches or 22 inches around. The length of sleeve is approximately 23 inches. The length of the dress is approximately 50 1/2 inches.
