I rarely fasten the inner buttons. What is the hip measurement? Do they stretch? They are a color That is perfect but rare. Thanks!

@lindakb2 hi! Thank you for asking. I have 2 pictures of waist measurements. It is a tapered waist so I measured the top and down about an inch. The material is 4% spandex so it is a bit stretchy. Hope you have a great night!
