You have this listed as brand new, when was it purchased? Do you still have receipt for warranty purposes? What accessories came with this model, charging adapter, lip and eye attachment, or wrinkle reducer? Have you plugged it in and know that it will charge and turn on? I ask this because I bought a mini NuFace at an estate sale, when plugged in, it appears to be charging, but after charging overnight, it will not turn on. Sorry for all the questions. Thanks
