This beautiful detailed Lantern I featured a pear-cut diamond atop a candlestick figure, encased in a glass, 18k yellow gold lantern form mounting measuring approximately 31 x 12 mm, suspended from a gold-filled chain. Accompanied by original box. History: Established in 1723 as Christ Church in the City of Boston, it is a national historic landmark. The enduring fame of Old North began on the evening of April 18, 1775, when the church sexton, Robert Newman, and Vestryman Capt. John Pulling, Jr. climbed the steeple and held high two lanterns as a signal from Paul Revere that the British were marching to Lexington and Concord by sea across the Charles River and not by land. This fateful event ignited the American Revolution.

Love the necklace but would need to see a few additional sharp photos showing the clarity of the diamond, lantern glass and bottom and the clasp for the necklace. Thank you very much. Judy
