Velvet belt (attached) can be tied in front or back. NOTE: Dress is in very good condition overall, but because of two minor flaws I am calling it “fair”. Velvet has two small areas where fabric got burned or worn - one on side/front & another on the back at belt level. Please refer to photos. They are not noticeable unless you’re close up (imho).
