Good vintage condition wonderful oversized pair of scissors from the 1930's. One side is green in color and the other unpainted metal. The scissors are really not intended to actually cut paper etc but they do have the ability to open and close. These were used as a promotional prop by salesman, and part of the display in retail shops.
