shopwithsawce @sharonbenson788 you should be able to go through your “orders” or “purchases” tab, select your purchase and press cancel. Poshmark usually gives a buyer three hours to cancel a purchase.

sharonbenson788 @its_lightskin I vcouldn’t get the cancellation to work. I could only go so far with it and then I hit a block. The funny thing is it’s not in my closet.

shopwithsawce @sharonbenson788 I’m sorry you’re having trouble. On Poshmarks support they say “In the app, select the Account Tab (@username), or on the web, select your profile picture at the top-right of the page. Select My Purchases. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Accidental Purchase. Select Yes, cancel.” If this doesn’t work you should try contacting support. :)

sharonbenson788 I bought something accidentally yesterday. At the time the seller said he would cancel it. He got in touch with me a few weeks ago and he cancelled it on his end. Would that work for us?
