Crown & Ivy / Petite XL/ Navy Blue floral dress with 3/4 length ruffle sleeves This dress is perfect for fall. It is is made from a Rayon/ spandex blend fabric, so is a heavier fabric. The dress has 3/4 length sleeves with a slight ruffled flare cuff that hits just below the elbow. The neckline has a V-neck cut, with a V-neck panel detail around the collar.
