@shevotes okay, here we go: neck ruffle is 3.5" and bottom ruffle at waist is 4" wide. neckline across top of shoulder to sleeve is 4". Sleeve is 8" from shoulder edge to bottom cuff. sleeve has a cuff with small button.from top of mid shoulder to top of bottom ruffle is 16.5. it is 16 going to th back waist. I guess the half inch is for the bustline. waistline is approximately 27.5. let me know if there's anything else you need measured!
