New with tags. Adorable distressing throughout, and some girly patches in spots. Floral fabric under collar so there’s even a cute element when collar is popped. Buttons are snaps. Frayed hem at bottom. One of the sleeve’s snaps has detached (see pic; this is how it was purchased) - the male part is still attached to the female part of the coat. I don’t know if it’s fixable, but you could honestly just leave it, and fold over the cuff.
