Vintage Neon Hitop Vans

Vintage neon hi top vans, black laces, longer tongue. Men’s 7 / women’s 8.5. I am a women’s 9 and these are too small for me, so 8.5 or 8 should be correct. (Men’s 7 is usually a women’s 9). There is some light staining/discoloration overall.
